Mustafa Kamal

Born in Karachi on the 27th of December 1971. Completed Intermediate and departed for Malaysia where he undertook his Associate Diploma in Business Executive Studies. He proudly earned his MBA in Marketing from the University of Wales (UK), while studying in Malaysia.
Former Minister Information Technology (Govt. of Sindh) after which he took oath as the Mayor (Nazim) of one of the biggest Cities of Pakistan, Karachi, making him the youngest ever Nazim in the History of Karachi and Pakistan.

  • Nominated as World’s second best Mayor in 2010.
  • ‘Musawwar-e-Karachi’ for promoting Literature, Art and Music in the City of Karachi in 2009.
  • Gold Medalist at City Thinkers Awards Ceremony July 2009 by the Journalist forum for outstanding performance as City Mayor.
  • Notably praised by the Supreme Court of Pakistan in his efforts to make Karachi a well organized Mega City and carrying out Relief Operations.
